چکیده
Abstract Pulmonary fibrosis is a devastating disease, and the pathogenesis of this disease not completely clear. Here, medical records 85 Covid-19 cases were collected, among which progression analyzed in detail. Next, data independent acquisition (DIA) quantification proteomics untargeted metabolomics used to screen disease-related signaling pathways through clustering enrichment analysis differential expression proteins metabolites. The main imaging features lesions located bilateral lower lobes involvement five lobes. closed association Fc?R-mediated phagocytosis, PPAR signaling, TRP-inflammatory pathways, urea cycle. Our results provide evidence for detection serum biomarkers targeted therapy patients with Covid-19.
